Q) Ladies, what role does a man's private part play in mixed wrestling?
A (Renee)) It's front and center that's for sure! Men almost always get erect and I totally understand it. I rather not give them a shot in their balls because they will say I won only because I cheated. Now once I win, he's conquered but honestly I doubt most men mind being conquered by a good looking woman.
A (Lesa)) I like what hangs between a man's legs. I have, on several occasions, defeated men and told them to turn their masculine powers over to me. This means of course that their crotch is now mine. When you have beaten a man and take his balls in your hand, you have it all. Nothing is as beautiful as a captive male. In my fantasy world I would have cages and cages filled with my tamed men

Another time I really humiliated a guy was my brother. He is a year and two months older than me. We were done with college, so this wasn’t that long ago. He sort of teased me about having “man arms” and how “buff” I was. I told him that I saw a little spare tire and some softness on his once stronger body. Men being men, he cared to differ.
Being my regular out-there self, I told him he just feels bad because I could kick his ass. Well, you know how it goes with brothers and sisters! It doesn’t matter the brother and sister are ten, fourteen or in their twenties, they go at each other! Well, here I was a workout warrior and this guy hadn’t seen a gym in years. I was thinking about how embarrassing it would be for ME if I lost. I know he was thinking about how he absolutely, positively could not lose to his younger sister even if she had “man arms”.
Well, it was on! For about fifteen minutes we locked up, unlocked, really went at it. There was no winner but for the first maybe five minutes I was holding on, behind “on points” but after that it evened out and I even gained some advantage. Around fifteen minutes, a friend of mine told us to stop, it had been fifteen minutes, call it a tie. Well, not with the two of us! There would be NO tie!
My advanced level of fitness was starting to pay off. He was sweating like a pig and even though I was tired from moving his big body around, I still had some energy and power left. I had a clear vision when I saw him breathing hard that he was leaving himself open to an arm bar. I made the move and he quickly knew what I was up to. In defending the arm bar, I had a clear opening to his head. His entire head, neck also, were defenseless. His arms were not able to fend off my left arm and their direct path. I locked hands, legal in general/non-sanctioned wrestling, and I was a very happy lady. He has a thick neck so I knew this would take all of power and some patience. He moved around and tried hard to get me off of him, both my arms and he tried getting his body to on top of me even as I had the head lock applied. Nothing worked as I was determined. I was using my legs to maintain position, but I was also tiring and had a decision to make…Do I keep the power going with the head lock and keep my legs useful for holding my position, or do I go for broke? I decided to go for broke and wrapped my legs around his mid-chest. To my delight, the fit worked and I had an excellent grip. I squeezed this body scissor and the head lock at full force for about thirty seconds. I could tell he was considering his options. Near the end, he clearly had no options, he just had to concede…and he did. He said it “I give” although I could barely comprehend his words. He was red as a beet, sweaty and defeated. He fought his heart out, he did better than I thought, but in the end he was defeated. As I walked around for weeks and months afterward I would seize up the guys I saw and think about how they compared to my brother. As I did this, I began realizing that I was really a force to be reckon with! As far as how my brother took it and how life did or didn’t change, lets save that for next time
I would say it started watching wrestling with my brothers and friends. I always loved sports and in addition to the things listed above, I also played volleyball and ran track in high school. I was approached at the gym, along with Lesa, to start training for professional wrestling. This included a ton of amateur wrestling training and truth be told, I liked that more than they scripted wrestling. I loved the mechanics, the physical contact and everything about it. Plus I was good at it.
I have been going against the boys for as long as I can remember. They never scared me but I began scaring them. I am not going to say I can take on any man and win, but I do pretty well, that's for sure! I have a few favorites that always amaze people. I love people taking the challenge to punch my thighs and abs. Unless it's a Mike Tyson-type, I don't feel it. Even some awesome puncher doesn't hurt me, it may just push me back a little.
Update July 25th, 2015
Q) Any favorite times putting a guy in his place?
A) I would say my most extreme story was really nailing a guy in that place! We were drinking and partying but neither of us was that drunk. He misread things and thought he'd be taking me to bed that evening. I did all of the de-escalation I could to tell him "no", but he was determined. He got angry and it turned into a fight. I gave him a right cross and a kick to the balls he'll never forget. Oh, he told me he was going to have sex with me one way or another...He's about 6'2" 220, so I took this all seriously and flattened his ass....and balls....He had a real nice shiner too.

I actually like to use real body weight for squats. The advantage is that a person's weight isn't evenly distributed so it takes extra focus and balance. The disadvantage is that it's best with a 190 pound man and many of the gym guys exceed that weight. A few times I have asked a training partner to look out for any smaller men. One time this guy brought me a friend of his who was doing some jogging and happened to be about 140 pounds. I squatted him like thirty times. Sometime I would like to curl someone :-).

5'7" 161 lbs, former wrestler, triathlete, crew member, cross fit competitor, strong woman and former tough woman competitor.
I had a head start entering pro wrestling training school because I wrestled in middle school and high school. Growing up near Renee, it was a rural, physical area and I was a bit of a tomboy. I loved pushing myself and as I approached and entered puberty, I began enjoying the girl/boy aspect physique wise. I liked muscular guys and always enjoyed the guys who admired me over the thinner gals. I got hog wild into MMA training and I don't know many people, male or female who can hang with me. I will submit my left and measurements and thank you for reaching out to me.
Update July 18th, 2015
Q) Any great man-taming stories?
A) Yea, I have always been at least within earshot of lots of macho behavior. The one that baffles is that a male friend tells people I can knock out any man with a head scissors. These guys see my thighs and try it anyways. I don't know, maybe they think it's worth being knocked out if they can be between my legs, men are weird. Anyways, I have knocked out about a half dozen men, never failed on one. Having trouble sleeping? Pay me a visit LOL!
Update August 3rd, 2015
I deliver the consummate mind fuck to some guys. I tell them the "safe" word or the tap out word is "More Please" or "Squeeze harder". It's such a mind fuck for them to need relief but ask for more! As for me, it always confuses me for a split second and I pour on a little extra. Hee, bitch, eh?!
Humilaition with Lesa
I have a bunch I could tell about. My dad is not my biological father. When I was about twenty, six years ago or so, I arm wrestled him. My mom said how great I looked and teased him about being able to kick his ass. We arm wrestled and I won. He's a former state ranked racketball player and in good shape, about 5'9" and maybe 160 pounds, in good shape for sure but admittedly not a lifter. He was actually super embarrassed to lose right and left handed. He totally understood he shouldn't be embarrassed but he was. Once he had time to handle it emotionally and for his ego to be ok with it he was fine and still is. He is now my biggest fan but a guy his age and as competitive as he is had to sort of re-frame things for his ego to handle it. I tried telling him it says more about my strength than his weakness and he isn't the only fallen fella.
Yes, we also have now wrestled. Please take a look above, I am not your run of the mill chick. He isn't some weakling, he just can't quite keep up. We aren't actually biologically created so this happens. I kept pushing him down and away and OMG he grabbed a leg to get me off balance...or to try. Couldn't move me an inch. I reached around his waist, lifted him, brought him to the ground and wrapped the big pythons around him. He tapped and said enough, enough, enough. He adores me but never wants to try that again!
He did arm wrestle Renee. She's smaller than me as you can see. She asked me after 5 seconds if it's ok if she wins. I guess she wondered how he'd take it. I said "sure" and she lowered his arm. Then lowered him lefty just as easily. He was really surprised because she doesn't look as strong as she is. We were surprised also, wow, some of these guys really aren't so strong!
