I am not going to say I can beat up a 220 pound male MMA fighter, I am not stronger than a 180 pound female bodybuilder and can't bench more than an Olympic Strong Woman....But I am pound-for-pound the strongest, toughest person (man or woman) around! I have trained for MMA, done Krav Maga for years, rowed my whole life and done 1/2 marathons, triathlons and obstacle course challenges. I don't have an inch to pinch, that's for sure! I had a tough upbringing and that probably stoked my fire to be around fighting and to build my body to be a butt kicking machine. I could write a book. When you are as petite or sleek as I am, it humiliates anyone when they lose to me guys or girls. Just to give you a very small taste, here's one example from about five years ago. Really typical situation, I think, that most women who either lift a lot or do MMA have happen. I had a male friend who couldn't believe that I could actually kick a guy's butt. Well, I always wonder why it's the 5'8" 160 pound not-so-athletic guys that have these opinions. Perhaps they are insecure. Well this guy, Greg, thought he could "snap me in two" because I am so petite. I think his point may have been I would be helpless even if I had a gun or pepper spray. I think he just wanted to get a rise out of me. I actually feel a little bad for him because he really had no idea what the hell he was getting into. He would lunge and me and I was gone. Very slippery. He actually got tired even before we actually locked up. In immediately got him into a nerve hold. His right arm was mine and I clipped the back of his knee. I bent his elbow and arm as it shouldn't bend and all of his attention went to the elbow. I remember I then got him into a sleeper hold where I was cutting off the blood flow to his head. Meanwhile I put my knee right into the back/ribs and then into his vertebrae. I then pressed my heel deep into his thigh causing extreme pain. I always know how to dig my elbows, heels, chin and other bony parts into various areas of the male body that you wouldn't suspect would be such great targets. I was digging everything of mine into everything of his to keep him down and to keep the sleeper/choke going. I felt him wither away and soon his body went limp. He did a very seizure like set of movements and he had no idea what happened when he woke up. He was mad and embarrassed when he knew what happened. I told him if he comes at me, I will hurt him far worse. Over the next years, he started to laugh about it, but it took awhile. It really cut into his male ego.
